We at Remake respect your privacy. We know how frustrating it is when your information has been given out–and you start getting spammed. Here are the ways that we gather and use information, and how we protect it.
When you sign our petition, we enter contact information into HubSpot, a CRM used to manage mailing lists and send emails. We do not sell, rent, or trade that information with any other organization. If you are a California resident, we share your email with the Garment Worker Center. The GWC will only contact you as needed in relation to supporting SB62 (Garment Worker Protection Act).
We use HubSpot and to track our site usage. HubSpot does this through cookies, which are small files on your computer that collect internet usage information in anonymous form. The information in the cookies is submitted to HubSpot, not to Remake. There is no personally identifiable data collected, and we see the aggregated reports on the HubSpot site. (See HubSpot’s Privacy Practices.)
If you wish to be removed from our mailing list you can just click the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email.
Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
